Entrepreneur Interview Qasim Agha Khan
Hi, I’m Qasim Agha Khan, CEO & Founder of Technolangs and Google & Microsoft certified digital marketer. I started my business back in 2018 with minimal investment, and in no time, it has grown into 4 offices where 30+ employees work at a time. I’m also an SEO consultant and worked for multiple multinational companies. I also served many training centers locally to train numerous pupils around the country and trained over thousands of students to help them start their digital marketing career.
- What was your turning point in the life ?
The breakthrough moment came when I was working in partnership, but even after one year, I realized the company and journey have no mission or are not aligned to my mission. It was the major turning point that urged me to have a company in the entire focus of my mission.
- How did you started your job or business ?
I worked on different websites to earn money and invested it in different ventures. In 2013, I launched my own business that wasn’t able to go even a year. Despite the disappointment, I again partnered in a business in 2017 but could not make it because of 2 different visions & missions. In 2018, I started TECHNOLANGS as a training center that now has 3 branches in Faisalabad and is currently working as a software house to provide digital & web solutions to local and international clients.
- What is your lifestyle and daily schedule ?
Well, as a CEO, I have full-time commitments where I have to manage my schedule for 4 offices. Sometimes, I even have to work on Sundays, but I make sure to have some family time as well. My daily schedule revolves around getting into weekly clients meetings scheduled on different days and constantly working to bring diverse and unique business ideas. I also try to manage some time in a day for learning as well.
- What tools, gadgets and systems do you use ?
I Use an iPhone and MacBook but also have an HP system in my office. As a digital marketer, I also need to use different tools like SEMRush, Ahref, and Moz. To manage my clients and projects, I use Basecamp as well.

- What are your future goals ?
The urge of doing best always helped me in my success path, and despite the failures in a short span of 3 years, TECHNOLANGS has now grown into four offices. Moving with the mission, one of the major goals is to have a head office in silicon valley by the completion of 10 years.
- What advice do you give to our youth ?
I always say, “Life is all about the way we approach it”. Make sure to be consistent and positive that will eventually lead to success. In your success path, never be afraid of failures because losing hope is the first mistake you make when you fail.
