Iran Bans Crypto Currencies Mined in Other Countries

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has officially banned crypto payments and trade in cryptocurrencies outside the country.

The Stance against the deregulation of open trade of the crypto streets came in the wake of Bitcoin meteoric surge and mid-December 2020, which turn fed a growing appetite for crypto assets after the country’s stock burst in the same year.
